Pancake Swirls

On Sunday, my dad made pancakes for me. When he flipped one, it had swirls on it. We did not know why, so we thought about what could of caused this. My dad said, " It must have happened when I was putting the dough on the pan because I put it on in circles." Then we took a picture of it before it burned. The pancake was delicious.

What do you think happened to the pancake?

What do you put on your pancakes?

  1. Dear Sean,

    I love that pancake!

The color is good as well as the swirl. I can almost smell that cake here!

I agree with your dad, I think it has something to do with the swirling action he did with the batter. Was he able to reproduce it?

Glad to see you blogging again!
